1.How can I pay?
There are two different ways of payment.
1. By Credit Card. Use it safely to complete your order, as the totally secure transaction system does not allow the slightest mistake and leakage of personal information.
2. By deposit to a bank account. Make a deposit of the amount of your order to one of the accounts of our company, listed on the site.
2.Is the procedure absolutely safe?
Data Communication Systems Ltd respects and protects your right to protect the confidentiality of your login and has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment.
3.Can I return a product?
You have the right to cancel an order and return the product within 3 days from the date you receive it.
In this case you are refunded the following month, provided that the product is in excellent condition, its package has not been unsealed or damaged and is accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. You will be charged with the cost of returning the goods to us.
4.How do I cancel an order?
In case you desire to call off an order, you can notify it to us by e-mail, or by phone at 0030210 6801727 and point out your mistake. We then will make sure your order is cancelled.
5.How can I be sure that the product I am interested in is available?
Most of our products are available. In case some of them are not, we immediately contact you by phone or e-mail. In case of not availability at the moment, your order is pending. As soon as it is available, you are informed either by phone or e-mail in order to confirm your order and then you receive a last e-mail that your order is successfully sent.
6.How long does it take to receive my order?
By courier, your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 days. By Hellenic Post it usually takes 3-7 days to be delivered.
7.What about warranty of your products?
All our products are officially warranted for at least one year. Regarding several products the warranty period can be expanded.can access them if they wish.
