Shipping of order

The shipment of your order can be carried out as follows:

Send to your place for Attica: 5 euros for package up to 3 kilos and 1 euro for each additional kilo (prices are with VAT)

Send to your place for the rest of Greece in areas where Geniki Taxydromiki has stores: 6 euros for package up to 2 kilos and 1,50 euros for each additional kilo (prices are with VAT)

Send to your place for the rest of Greece in the areas lacking stores of General Postal: 7 euros for package up to 2 kilos and 1,50 euros for each additional kilo (prices are with VAT)

Receipt by the company’s headquarters: Free

Order process

We accept orders that are from Greece and thus shipments are made only in Greece. Orders are carried out during the day between 9:00 to 17:00 except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The order is sent to the address the customer has indicated with means that Data Communication Systems Ltd. has chosen.
To avoid additional debit, order is executed when all the products included in this are available. If, for any reason, you wish the delivery of the available ordered goods only, please place a separate order for the unavailable products.

Availability – Time of Delivery

Orders that are being placed on working days until 13.00 and provided that the products are available, usually are delivered in 24-48 hours at towns where the courier company has store and not classified as inaccessible. For the rest areas the delivery varies accordingly and may reach 2 or 3 working days. For areas characterized as inaccessible by the partner company courier, delivery time may be different.
Please note that there is no stock of products at the headquarters of our company. The storage process has been assigned to a LOGISTIKS company. You should therefore place an order before any receipt from the company’s headquarters.

For orders of products that are not immediately available but only on request, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery time. In exceptional cases, costs are likely to be different from the price shown in the online store.
In this case you will be informed prior to any finalization or charge of your order.In products of high value or special type you may be asked for a deposit for the order of these products.

Force majeure

If there are reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes) and we fail to deliver the goods within the prescribed time after receipt of your order (except in cases of unavailability of products), we will contact you as soon as possible to tell to us if you want, under these conditions, the completion of your order.
